Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo was conferred with the Best Chairman Award by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1992. The award was bestowed on him when Dr Sahoo was the Chairman of ICAI Bhubaneswar Chapter for the overall performance of the branch.
